1) For Society, Inc., will guarantee you a loan if you are willing to work with us.

You need to understand and commit to the following;

* You must have sufficient income to support the loan payments.

* You should have at least $1000 saved or HAVE THE ABILITY to acquire this

amount.

* You need to be employed in the same or similar job for at least 2 years.

* You need to have good recent credit.

* You need to follow the recommendations of the staff to repair critical credit

issues.

* You accept the fact that your first home will probably nor be your dream home

and choices will be further limited in relation to your credit.

2) For Society, Inc., will help you buy a home by performing the following services;

* Analyze your Quick Start Application and Credit Report.

* Determine your credit rating.

* Determine your down payment requirements.

* Discuss various loan program options.

* Discuss your current financial/ credit situation and recommend one of the

following;

a) ______ Proceed with purchasing a home.

b) ______ Attend a certified home buying counseling program.

c) ______ Wait for a better time.

d) ______ Work on credit issues.

e) ______ Contact lenders and realtors.

f) ______ Other: ___________________________________________

3) There is a $ 195 refundable fee to continue the program. This fee is fully fundable

when you purchase a home we help with. The fee will be deducted from your

closing cost.
